Exchange Policy – For Website Orders Only

This Exchange Policy applies only to orders placed directly on our official website www.babyproduct.in. If you have purchased our products through any third-party website or app, please refer to their respective exchange and return policies.


1. Exchange Eligibility

a) Incorrect Order Delivered

If you have received an incorrect product (wrong size, color, or item), we will arrange for:

  • Pickup of the incorrect item from your address.

  • Delivery of the correct/exchanged product.

Depending on availability and logistics, the exchange may happen in either of the following ways:

  • Pickup first, followed by delivery.

  • Delivery first, followed by pickup.

b) Correct Order Delivered (Size/Color Change)

If you received the correct product, but wish to exchange it for a different size or color, the following conditions apply:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.

  • Pickup will be scheduled first.

  • The exchange will only be shipped after Quality Control (QC) at our warehouse validates the returned product’s condition.


2. Time Frame

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 3 working days from the date of delivery.

  • The entire exchange process usually takes up to 3 working days.

  • Delays may occur due to weekends, public holidays, festivals, courier strikes, or other unavoidable circumstances.


3. Exchange Shipping Charges (If Correct Order is Delivered)

If you are requesting an exchange for personal preference (e.g., different size or color) and the correct item was delivered, you will be responsible for the exchange shipping costs. We offer two options:

Option 1: Easy Shipping – ₹200

  • We arrange pickup from your address.

  • Exchanged item is delivered once the QC check is completed.

Option 2: Self-Ship – ₹100

  • You ship the product to our warehouse at your own expense.

  • We deliver the exchanged product to you once it passes QC.


4. How to Initiate an Exchange

  1. Contact our customer service team within 3 days of delivery via:

  2. Share clear images of the received product from different angles (especially for color/size disputes).

  3. Our team will guide you through the return and exchange process.

  4. Once the product is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will ship the replacement item to you.


5. Important Notes

  • Exchanges must be initiated within 3 days of delivery. Requests beyond this period will not be accepted.

  • Products must pass our Quality Control (QC) before an exchange is processed.

  • All notifications related to exchange status will be shared via SMS and email to the contact details provided during the order.
