How long does delivery take?
Metro cities receive orders in 2–4 business days; the rest of India in 4–7 days. You get a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes — COD is available across India on all orders. You can also pay online via UPI, cards, net banking or your wallet balance.
What is your return policy?
Unopened products can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Hygiene items (opened diapers, feeding teats) cannot be returned once unsealed.
How do reward points work?
You earn 1 point for every ₹100 spent, credited when your order is delivered. 1 point = ₹1 at checkout. New accounts get 50 points free.
Are your products safe and genuine?
Every brand we stock is verified for authenticity, and products meet BIS/ISI standards where applicable.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes — cancel from My Account → Orders any time before it ships. Prepaid amounts are refunded instantly to your wallet.
How do coupons work?
Apply a coupon code in your cart. One coupon per order; some have minimum order values and per-user limits.
