Shipping charges

• Orders of ₹499 or more (after discounts): FREE shipping.
• Orders below ₹499: flat ₹49 shipping fee.

Delivery timelines

• Metro cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad): 2–4 business days.
• Rest of India: 4–7 business days.

Orders placed before 2 PM IST ship the same day. You'll receive an email with the courier name, AWB number and tracking link the moment your order leaves our warehouse; live status is always available under My Account → Orders.

Couriers

We ship via trusted partners including Shiprocket's network — Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, Ekart and India Post — choosing the fastest option for your PIN code.

Cash on Delivery

COD is available on all orders across India at no extra charge. Please keep the exact amount ready; our courier partners also accept UPI at the door.

Delays & exceptions

Extreme weather, festivals and remote PIN codes can add 1–3 days. If an order hasn't moved for 48 hours, write to support@babyproduct.in and we'll chase it personally.
