By using BabyProduct.in you agree to these terms. Please read them — we kept them short and human.

1. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe. Accounts found engaging in fraud, coupon abuse or reselling may be suspended.

2. Pricing & availability

All prices are in INR and include GST. We work hard to keep stock and pricing accurate; if a listing error occurs we'll contact you before charging anything, and you may cancel for a full refund.

3. Orders & payment

An order is confirmed when payment succeeds (or when placed, for COD). We may cancel orders that appear fraudulent, exceed reasonable household quantities, or can't be delivered to your PIN code — with a full refund.

4. Coupons & rewards

One coupon per order. Reward points have no cash value outside the platform, expire per their stated terms, and are revoked on abuse.

5. Returns

Returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

6. Product information

Product descriptions come from manufacturers. Always read labels and packaging before use — especially for food, formula and skincare — and consult your paediatrician for medical questions.

7. Liability

Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts in Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction.
