By using BabyProduct.in you agree to these terms. We kept them short and human.

1. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe. Accounts engaging in fraud or coupon abuse may be suspended.

2. Pricing & availability

All prices are in INR and include GST. If a listing error occurs we'll contact you before charging anything, and you may cancel for a full refund.

3. Orders & payment

An order is confirmed when payment succeeds (or when placed, for COD). We may cancel orders that appear fraudulent or can't be delivered to your PIN code — with a full refund.

4. Coupons & rewards

One coupon per order. Reward points have no cash value outside the platform and are revoked on abuse.

5. Returns

Governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

6. Product information

Descriptions come from manufacturers. Always read labels before use — especially food, formula and skincare — and consult your paediatrician for medical questions.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts in Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction.
