7-day easy returns

If something isn't right, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery from My Account → Orders. Pickup is free — our courier collects from your doorstep.

What can be returned

• Unopened products in original packaging with all tags and seals intact.
• Clothing that is unworn and unwashed.
• Damaged, defective or wrong items — always returnable, no questions asked (photos help us fix it faster).

What cannot be returned

• Opened hygiene products: diapers, wipes, feeding teats, breast pads.
• Opened food, formula and skincare items.
• Products marked "final sale" on the product page.

Refunds

• Wallet refund (instant): credited the moment your return passes quality check — usable immediately on your next order.
• Original payment method: 5–7 business days after quality check, depending on your bank.
• COD orders: refunded to your BabyProduct wallet, or to your bank account on request.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before they ship. Prepaid amounts are refunded instantly to your wallet.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? Choose "Return" and place a fresh order — your wallet refund makes it seamless. Size exchanges on clothing ship at no extra cost.
