7-day easy returns

If something isn't right, request a return within 7 days of delivery from My Account → Orders. Pickup is free.

What can be returned

• Unopened products in original packaging with tags and seals intact.
• Clothing that is unworn and unwashed.
• Damaged, defective or wrong items — always returnable, no questions asked.

What cannot be returned

• Opened hygiene products: diapers, wipes, feeding teats, breast pads.
• Opened food, formula and skincare items.
• Products marked "final sale" on the product page.

Refunds

• Wallet refund (instant): credited the moment your return passes quality check.
• Original payment method: 5–7 business days after quality check.
• COD orders: refunded to your BabyProduct wallet, or to your bank on request.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before they ship. Prepaid amounts are refunded instantly to your wallet.
