BabyProduct.in ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account data: name, email, phone number, and password (stored as a bcrypt hash — we can never read it).
• Order data: delivery addresses, order history, payment status. Card/UPI details are processed by our payment gateway and never touch our servers.
• Usage data: pages visited and searches, used to improve recommendations.

How we use it

• To fulfil and deliver your orders and send transactional updates (email/SMS).
• To personalise product recommendations and age-based suggestions.
• To prevent fraud and secure your account (rate limiting, OTP verification).
• Marketing messages only with your consent — unsubscribe anytime.

What we never do

• We never sell your personal data to third parties.
• We never store raw card numbers, CVVs or UPI PINs.
• We never send marketing SMS/WhatsApp without opt-in.

Sharing

Data is shared only with service providers needed to run the store — payment gateways (Razorpay), courier partners (name, phone, address for delivery), and communication providers — each bound by their own privacy obligations.

Your rights

You may access, correct, export or delete your data at any time from My Account → Profile, or by emailing privacy@babyproduct.in. We honour deletion requests within 30 days, retaining only what tax law requires (invoices).

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for sign-in sessions and your cart, and a preference cookie for dark mode. No third-party advertising cookies.
