What we collect
- Account data: name, email, phone, and password (stored as a bcrypt hash — we can never read it).
- Order data: delivery addresses, order history, payment status. Card/UPI details are processed by our payment gateway and never touch our servers.
How we use it
- To fulfil and deliver your orders and send transactional updates.
- To prevent fraud and secure your account.
- Marketing messages only with your consent — unsubscribe anytime.
What we never do
- We never sell your personal data to third parties.
- We never store raw card numbers, CVVs or UPI PINs.
Your rights
Access, correct, export or delete your data any time from My Account → Profile or by emailing privacy@babyproduct.in. Deletion requests are honoured within 30 days, retaining only what tax law requires.
Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for sign-in sessions and your cart, and a preference for dark mode. No third-party advertising cookies.
